We must collate this data in order to process your entry for Trials of Bute events, and you must consent to allowing us to have access to this information.
Personal data is not created by user interaction on the site.
Contact forms
The details which are provided through our online form are kept until after the event has taken place. Data can be removed at the request of the user, however this will forfeit your entry to Trials of Bute.

Your data will be shared with the committee members of Trials of Bute, all of whom are listed on our About page.

How long we retain your data
Your personal data will be removed after the event has taken place. Trial results will be placed on the website after the event and will remain there for a year, until the next event. Analytics records will be stored for 6 months.
What rights you have over your data
You have the right to be asked to have your data removed, however it will mean that your entry to Trials of Bute will be cancelled.
